Freaky!

Mouse with”human ear”
The “mouse-ear” project began in 1989, when Charles Vacanti managed to grow a small piece of human cartilage on a biodegradable scaffold. After 8 years, Charle’s team got to the stage where they could mould their sterile biodegradable mesh into the exact shape of a 3 year-old’s ear. The cartilaginous ear was implanted under the skin layer of the mouse, and seeded with cells from a cow.

WHY DOES THIS EXIST. I’m all for the advancement of science, but… WHY. Zoom

Of all the trouble kept her inside Every day
I see or hear
something
that more or less

kills me
with delight.
